Dana possesses extensive experience in real estate and financing transactions, lender representations, and trust and estate planning. Her practice primarily focuses on assisting clients with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. Additionally, she is highly involved in working with developers throughout the entire process, from initial stage due diligence and feasibility studies to structuring, acquisition, construction loans, and final sale. Dana also specializes in real estate financing and represents both private and institutional lenders in closing multi-million dollar commercial loans. Furthermore, she offers comprehensive trust and estate planning services to families with assets in both the United States and internationally.
Prior to starting Lee & Lum, LLP, Dana worked at a leading full-service law firm. She obtained her bachelor's degree from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.
Dana actively participates in various community organizations. Currently, she serves as the president of the Young Classical Artists Foundation. She is also one of the founding board members of Korean American Culture and Arts Inc.
Dana is fluent in Korean.

Represented a real estate developer in the construction of a 146-unit residential condominium in Queens, New York. This representation included acquisition, investment structuring, and construction financing.
Represented a commercial developer in obtaining $92,000,000 in construction financing for a development in Queens, New York.
Handled various commercial real estate financing transactions, including construction loans, secured loans, mezzanine loans, inventory loans, lines of credit, and refinancing.
Represented a real estate developer in the new construction of a multi-story mixed-use development in Manhattan, New York.
Represented a general contractor in negotiating and drafting construction agreements for a manufacturing facility in New Jersey.
Represented a bank in the negotiation of a commercial lease for a new branch in Queens, New York.
Represented multinational companies and Korean government-linked companies in commercial lease transactions in Manhattan, New York.
Represented high-net-worth individuals and families in legacy/estate planning and business succession planning.
